You know what we take on, what you will need to approve and what the steps of the project are.
We organise the works, suppliers and deliveries of the agreed project. You stay involved in the choices that matter, without managing the day-to-day work of every team.
In the end, the home takes the shape we built together, from the plan down to the details.
You can start from an idea, from a home that needs renovating or from an existing design project. Together we decide which services are needed and include them in the fit-out proposal.
We turn your needs into a design direction: the layout of the space, materials, finishes, furniture and technical details.
We look at the choices together, so that what you like can also be built within the conditions of the project.
We coordinate the fit-out works, the electrical and plumbing installations, the finishes and the teams involved, in line with the documentation and the agreed services.

After completion, you still have a point of contact for questions, adjustments and service or warranty requests. The applicable terms are those agreed for the works and products of your project.
What is included is agreed from the start. The proposal sets out the services, works and products we take on, as well as any exclusions.

You can also get in touch if the fit-out has already started. In that case, we need to see the actual stage and what can still be brought into the project.
We can agree a way of working adapted to that situation. The “Between two cities” project is an example of a fit-out completed for owners who were living abroad.
At the start, we agree how we will communicate and which decisions or approvals are needed from you.

The duration depends on the starting point, the complexity of the works, the furniture chosen and suppliers’ lead times.
During planning, we set a timeline adapted to your project, including the decisions that need to be made for each stage to move forward.
You can contact us with requests related to the completed fit-out. Warranties apply under the terms of the respective works and products, and additional or maintenance services are discussed separately.
